Christianity will never make sense to me. your book claims that your God is all powerful and omnipotent, created everything there is, and supposedly evil exists because he gave us free will despite knowing before he did so exactly what would happen to innocent people. what will never make sense is that you made your God all powerful, so he easily could have rewritten the very fabric of reality so that evil is a concept never existed, but Free Will was still fully intact. so there's really only 3 options. he is not all powerful, therefore not worthy of worship. he is not benevolent, and is beneath us because of that. or he does not exist, and worshipers simply steal time that belongs to humanity and give it to him
