To control yourself before they hold your record above your head for ANY.THING., my past will always haunt me due to others, but Ik deep down it was self defense, and I know I’ll have all my mental issues for life and they will NEVER even understand what your symptoms mean. People will always over look your heart and put all of your mistakes, issues, past, family, money ect all of it. People have genuinely nothing to do now adays and r miserable and when they see someone with “so manny issues” be okay be happy get what they wanted, they will do ANYTHING LOL to take it away i just lost everything in my life, but that doesn’t mean i can’t gain new and better things things that suit ME more right? So why can’t you do it? (A lot to read idc the chance of it helping someone going through similar problems will help). you do not have to prove your self to anyone. It was ur illness smth you can not control smth that nb would just pick to have smth that you only need a good heart to overcome them.💓🫂🫂🫂.
