These comments are Insane!! It's so obvious you guys haven't followed the case and haven't looked at the evidence. His DNA is on the workout bands, she was insanely drugged, her body was 82° when the cops arrived. go watch the trial, experts explained that it would be impossible for her to have killed the children AND be 82° by the time the cops got there. everyone here is acting like this case is sexist for not immediately counting her as guilty, using male murderers as examples. those male murderers also had an investigation and trial. this case didn't get the investigation it needed because cops showed up to 2 dead children, one baby on the verge of death, a paralyzed and injured mother, unconscious and unable to speak, and a perfectly okay man and took HIS word for fact. they didn't investigate him at all. now the evidence isn't adding up. THAT is why the jury is struggling. because there is REASONABLE DOUBT. you cannot convict someone when there is reasonable doubt

For those confused, its not whether or not shes guilty. Which ofc she is. Its whether or not she's guilty or innocent by reason of insanity. Which means regardless of the outcome she will either spend time in prison or in a hospital. That is was the trial was for, not whether or not she did it
