Can you investigate the unconstitutional "safety and security" practices the City of Harrisburg has in place for their Front Street events, including Artsfest, July 4th Food Truck Festival, and Kipona Festival? On public streets, free to enter, and no security check points, yet they state everyone agrees to warrantless bag searches, prohibit face masks, and ban unauthorized congregations. These are only conveyed to attendees through automated audio announcements after entering the event's space.
