Spotting the patrol cars, he sped up and intentionally crashed into three police vehicles. One cruiser was rammed while a deputy was still inside, causing injuries to the law enforcement officer.The Outcome: Deputies opened fire on the vehicle, striking the driver. He was transported to Navicent Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.Children's Safety: The three children were located safe with relatives (not in the vehicle at the time of the crash) and were returned to the custody of their mother.
