I agree with you. My kids both have roths set up and are saving. I’m doing a lot of catch up at this point myself. Luckily I have 10-12 years before I want to retire to come see if full force. Appreciate all your encouragement and tips

Graduated HS in 1988 and out of college got a job in 1994 with NYC where they still offered a pension. Also have a 403b but wished I started saving sooner.
