In a way it is your fault even though they should start taking responsibility, the lead up week before kids go back you should be checking all uniform fits and in decent condition including pe kit sorry

Maybe make his uniform his responsibility. He washes and dries it. Makes sure it’s ready for school on a Sunday night. If he’s missing something it can only be his fault. He will quickly see just how stressful doing a load of washing can be 😂
