Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes and toss with olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper 2. Air fry the sweet potato at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy 3. While the sweet potato cooks, season the ground beef with the seasonings and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through 4. Mix cottage cheese and greek yogurt until smooth and creamy 5. Add the crispy sweet potato and seasoned ground beef to a bowl 6.
