listen. I went into the case like everyone else. LOCK HER UP. and then I heard a weird statement made in the beginning which prompted me to go READ the details. and then the trial started and its an absolute abomination of "justice" and now i beleive this was a set up. the prosecution should have offered the deal from day 1 and none of this would be occurring. they made their bed, now they have to lie in it.

I don’t know how anyone with a brain can look at the facts of this case and listen to testimony days on and and come to the conclusion that she was guilty. It all started from the day of the incident, the cops fucked up. I realize it’s a small town and they may not deal with this kind of investigation often but they fucked up. And I think the prosecutors were desperate to paint her in this light that she’s a manipulative person when all she wants was a loving mother who wanted help, and she had an unsupportive husband who seemed distant. People are gonna say that you can’t judge Patrick by what he did after the incident, but come on. The man went on a vacation in 20 days later. He ran a marathon. The way he spoke about his children, as if they were grown adults. Why was his girlfriend at the memorial? Why did cops think that the woman who was barely conscious on the ground was the person who did it? Oh yeah because her husband said so. And that’s what this entire case has been about. The data in the timeline doesn’t even make sense. It just boggles my mind that people think she’s guilty. There is so much reasonable doubt to say otherwise.

I am fully committed to if she killed them due to mental health, put her in a mental facility for life. BUT, the way this trial has gone, hell now I have doubts. The cops & doctors have completely & utterly failed.

The other thing here is the civil case. While they are separate. The outcome of the criminal will impact the civil. If she is found guilty on any of the counts it will blow up the civil case. My personal opinion here is the psych team that treated her need to be held accountable. They took a normal loving mom, by all accounts and played Russian roulette with pills.

She has false memories. She testified that she cut the screen and jumped out. Evidence showed the window had no screen. Reddington brought this up. Another example of what she was told happened.

Personally I think DA Cruz made the prosecutors take case, thinking this would be a slam dunk and get him reelected in November. His motto is ‘tough on crime’. 🤬. The prosecution was so awful that most of the time it seemed like they’re throwing the case and want to lose. Why? Cause they didn’t want to try case but Cruz dude made them…. I dunno. Maybe not but it just doesn’t seem like seasoned prosecutors would be this unprepared and clueless. Something stinks. Seriously. It is really weird. 😳😬🙄

I think a hung jury should automatically mean not guilty, clearly they didnt prove without a reasonable doubt if the jury can't agree. I know it doesnt but it should
