I am so greatful and for the support I had at my last market. I was worried I was going to sell out! But, how did I make over $1,500 and sold 90+ items? Display: -how you display your items is very important! This comes down to the psychology of buyers. This time we decided to put my booth in a “z” formation so I am sitting to the side. This allows my customers to shop and the front without coming in, or come inside and feel comfortable! -We got a table extender on my side to hide a what’s going on behind the table and to allow customers to shop more comfortably -We used tons of different displays to add height to products to make them eye level -we removed shelves as we sold out to make our products look more densly packed! -as the night went on, we moved around products and it worked! Venue: -This at NJ @lunarfaire in Freehold. This is the perfect event for me, why? Because the buyers are the perfect demographic for my products, people save up for this event, and there are thousands of people! -This event had lots of venders but crochet booths were spread out nicely! Products: -keeping the demographic in mind, there was less kids so I stuck to larger more expensive items. Behold! The bigger items sold much faster than the small ones. -this event is all about dragons, mystical creatures, and whimsy, so of course, I had to make items that aligned with that vibe! Good thing I already do 😉 I will be at almost every lunar Faire this season, so catch me there if you are nearby , I’d love to say hi! #crochet #vender #crochetmarket #vendertips #crochetvender
