@regalreemarie: Motherhood requires so much of us. Someone always needs something, there’s always something to clean, something to make, somewhere to go, and it can be easy to get caught up in how much is being asked of us. But I don’t want to become so focused on what motherhood requires from me that I miss the gift of getting to be their mother. Another day to feed them, love them, teach them, listen to them, clean up after them, and pour into them is another day God has given me with them.
