Missing the threaded insert spacer on the turbo for the main holder bracket, common issue after someone replaced these turbo as you have to remove from the old to the new, will cause it to vibrate and crack oil return pipe

If there’s a bolt hole, why not use a straw to guide you in!??? It’s something I did years ago and only the once but it worked…just never have straws handy!🤣
