But sugar is bad for you if you keep on eating loads of cakes and chocolates and all the rest of it the same as as in too much beer or anything else enjoy the good old lad the grass fed butter and cook like you did back in the 50s 60s early 70s if you are the old if not ask your grandparents but sugar and the other things they put in sweets and other food foods are terrible for you and one of the worst things to have is Paul oil in everything it’s a nightmare.
