The “lone wolf” mentality is overrated. You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself. There are people who have already walked the path you’re trying to take. People who have made the mistakes, learned the lessons and laid the groundwork before you. Pay attention to them. Ask questions. Seek mentorship. Mimic what works. And if you’re fortunate enough to be part of a great team, lean into it. You can go faster alone. But you’ll go a lot further when you’re willing to learn from the people who’ve already been there.
