I got brain fog, chronic bloating and chronic exhaustion....all bloods are normal. I dont know that to do. I feel like shit. Last time I felt normal was in my 20s. Im 45. A quarter of a century living like this. No where to go. I hope B1 will help. I am desperate.

24 ER visits in 2024, legit felt like I was dying. Got into mayo and they sat down with me for no longer than an hour. Walked out with 2 diagnosis and meds that took me from 10% functioning to 95% functioning overnight. The PTSD is real.

Facts. However many don’t want to help themselves. Lifestyle modifications, exercise, and diet change can make a big impact. But many just want a quick fix. Gut health is under rated. I agree with you health care needs to be better.

I feel like a lot of it is environmental. We are killing the planet with pollution and it’s affecting our bodies drastically. Also the food we are eating especially if you’re in the United States is terrible for us.

I went to the ER this week cause of horrible head pain, nausea, vomiting, bed ridden for days I’ve been a mess. My CT confirmed multiple issues that happened after my decompression surgery and a vp shunt as well. My blood pressure was crashing and I was just miserable. They ignored all the issues on the CT, changed my settings on my VP shunt and sent me home at 3am when I lived 1.5 hours away and a million different meds in me. The system is fucked.

“Look for the horses and not the zebras” except, I hope doctors are realizing that maybe zebras aren’t that rare… we just didn’t know because we didn’t hear about them. With the boom of social media and being able to connect, more and more people ARE finding the labels they struggled to find before. People might not have a name for something, but they also know they’re not the only one suffering. I’m grateful to ER drs who still care - despite being overworked and underfunded.

on my first dental visit, the guy told me i needed a medical psychiatrist. it was my cervical spine. dentists dont know the spine/jaw nerves are connected AND charged me $2k. dr. kevin huff dds wheres the lawsuit you threatened for leaving a review??

I was maybe 20 last time I felt “normal”. Nothing is ever wrong with the test results. I can’t eat normally, I’m exhausted, bloating, pain, it just goes on and on. One Dr put “mental illness“ in my chart years ago and that has made it so much worse.
