You cannot mix them together. You have to use them separately or you are making peracetic acid, which is very dangerous.

GOATED!!! My one holdout has been about rubbing a light amount of vinegar on my scalp every night at bedtime to reverse my peri hair thinning because I can't wash my hair every morning. But after all of the results I've seen everywhere else on my body, I'm about to give in and start smelling like a salad in between hair wash days to get my thick hair back.

Don’t forget, he says do it 3 times a week, not daily! It’s excellent, also, use the solution at the time of shower, you can’t make extra and save it.
