if you overstayed your Visa or whatever reason if you have been given a reason to leave the country because you broke the laws anything you do after that is your own responsibility he also had the opportunity he could have just turned himself in but the facts are the command was given for him to leave the United States only two choices do it willingly or someone's going to help you
