@trifecta_collective: We are all going to go through this change. It’s okay and, despite what western medicine may tell you, it doesn’t have to be this absolutely terrible period of time in our lives. In fact, for many women, it’s not. However, for sooooo many women, it is an absolute nightmare of a time. Why? There are underlying issues going on that the body can no longer keep up with the stress of everything and, instead of the subtle signs it’s been showing you, it starts to scream. HRT can be a great option for many AND it shouldn’t be the only piece for many. We need to take a deeper look at what else is stressing out the body. Gut overgrowths, nutrient deficiencies, toxin overload, adrenal issues, nervous system dysregulation and more can all contribute to perimenopause hell. If you are ready to start getting your body, brain and mood back to feeling like your own again, let’s chat. We offer free 30 minute consults to dive deeper into your symptoms, health history and, if you have them, labs. Use the link in our bio to book your free consult with us. #perimenopausehealth #perimenopause #womenover40 #menopausesupport #womenshealth

Anonymoss :
Having anxiety/adhd already, I feel like it’s hard to note changes from by baseline that’s already not good 😅 no unexplained weight gain but the biggest change for me I’ve noticed is heavier painful periods. I already got an IUD a year ago to manage that. And I’ve always had PMDD but the heaviness and pain is new and still and annoying. I feel like I have some sort of vitamin or mineral deficiency. Also, is extreme unquenchable thirst a system in luteal during peri?! I’m getting labs soon to rule out diabetes for the 4th time in 4 yrs lol but it feels VERY connected to hormones.
