I think way too many options. Based on my own unbiased opinion as an observer. The CW didn’t prove their case. I am at a not guilty. But the jury could be stuck between not guilty and not guilty not criminally responsible. Bowden should have been an option.

There is a chance that the jury agrees that it’s Not in the first degree. There’s a chance they agree it’s not in the second? Perhaps they’re trying to decide between manslaughter and NGRI and or a straight not guilty. Juris from what I understand can come up with a partial verdict. Meaning that if they choose to retry her, they can’t retry her for the things the jury agreed on. That could be a positive outcome! potentially?

I don’t know it still feels like undo pressure. Particularly since people are in financial and emotional distress after sitting on a jury, it seems to be trying to force a bullshit compromise.

I haven’t even been checking for updates because I haven’t expected one. If I was a juror on this case. I would be reading through every page of the exhibits entered into evidence. A lot more than was presented at trial.

I am hard core justice person. But I am hard core evidence person. I worked on the bobo case over a decade ago and knew they convicted wrong person in 2017. That was a corrupt trial. So I say this as someone who has worked many cases and strive for justice for victims. If that gives any context to my opinion.
