I’m a simple woman. 😂💕 Then I decided to throw together a cocktail with whatever I already had at home…and this ended up tasting like DESSERT. 🍓 Malibu Pink Strawberry Coconut Cocktail • 2 oz Malibu Pink • ¼ oz homemade strawberry syrup • Juice of 1 lime • Splash of coconut cream Shake everything really well with ice and pour over fresh ice. 🍹 For the strawberry syrup, I just simmered fresh strawberries with a little sugar, water + lemon, then strained it. This was REALLY good.
