Thank you for talking about this bc we need to open our eyes and realize that we need to push for bigger change and support ppl who are real, seems impossible in politics.

This is why these PACs and all private election funding needs to end. Imagine these finds being out to the greater good rather than to buy favour.

It’s bc those people are centrists. You need to vote for socialists to get back to the “democrats” that we all once believed in

the majority shareholders at Coke are the same as the majority shareholders at Pepsi (Blackrock, Vanguard, etc). It would be naive to think the two party system works any different. The real money men and power brokers of this world hedge their bets.

When will everyone realize that Trump won for one big reason. Billionaires wanted Lina Khan out of the executive branch. The Democrats are in for an interesting dilemma in 2028. Either vote in a populist like William Jennings Bryan or George McGovern (0-4 in national elections) or a Governor with leadership experience to take advantage of Unitary Executive Theory like Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton (3-1 in national elections). The question that Nathan avoids is does the DNC want to battle on one front (vs Conservatism/Nationalism) or two fronts (vs Liberalism and Conservatism).

Companies have always funded both sides (hedging their positions). That said, all this funding is source of corruption/ control. People have limited ability to understand who stands for what, who is behind messaging
