Syco I fw you but this take is actually horrible. You gotta realize the skill ceiling for this game is genuinely so high, like Bloodbath for example is genuinely super free compared to a top 200-300, then going from that to a extended list is a bigger jump then Stereo Madness to Bloodbath, and then an extended list to main list is even bigger, and it just keeps going. Genuinely in order to fully grasp the pure absurdity of this game you gotta play/beat at LEAST a top 200-300 to even slightly grasp just how hard the game is but even that’s not enough. Even I can’t fully grasp it and I’d consider myself above average at most

you bring up mechanics as an argument and i have to agree that geometry dash is the easiest to learn in mechanics as all you need to do is click or hold 1 button. But this logic can be applied to games that are well versed to be easier. Geometry dash quite literally has one of the most easiest mechanics in any game ever. As you said frame perfects isnt an argument this “mechanics” argument really isnt either. Yes mechanics can have an impact on difficulty but when you take geometry dash into consideration when it comes to the actual experience of the hardest difficulty you have to have persistence grinding practice stress frustration it messes w ur sanity, its not as simple as “clicking properly” its a mental game. 99% of the skill comes from whats in ur head. Thats what makes the game so hard. Do i think its the hardest game? I dont know i havent played RL all that much nor fortnite but i can tell you that ur really undermining the skill it takes to become the best and theres a reason why theres a very select few thats at the top

GD has no skill ceiling, just like 99% of other games. THERE IS NO DIFFICULTY LEVEL, STOP ARGUING. you cannot put a numerical difficulty value to GD, Rocket League, Fortnite, etc. because it depends on your opponent/level. this is simply a bad argument, or there needs to be a more specific aspect of "difficulty".
