I have to wear an empath necklace or i will feel like death. The best time is when I can be free in the astral and all these walls disappear. Being a seere is like feeling constantly stuck in the backrooms with regs trying to eat you. Except not your body, your energy. Letting dragons blood smoke a little on my heart Chakra, throat, and crown area helps a ton. when I get home I wear my sun eater and wipe my ears, third eye, and feet with Florida water. Sometimes I put tar water down my back. I feel 100 years old. Ive been chased by death since I was a kid. Always running. im exhausted.
