If there is a plea bargain and the state takes the death penalty off the table, not only does he need to allocate in detail how it happened, why it happened, and if anyone else was involved in the planning of the crime, enabled the crime etc. name specific names dates and actions.

I’m just gonna add to that, though my cousin was murdered, and my aunt can only visit his grave. The three people that have 25 to life in prison get to visit their families.
