my prima renewed her DACA back in February it expire in May I believe. Her DACA got approved last week. she just kept waiting unfortunately 😭

I’m gonna be completely honest with you. Nothing helps. Don’t waste your time expediting or calling USCIS every other day… And congressmen don’t help you either. It was all a complete waste of time. It was just a matter of waiting to be honest. I did learn you can check your API through Reddit.

I used to call 1x a week, but also stopped because USCIS kept saying the same, that my case is in Nebraska and in line to be reviewed by officer. I think I’m on 223 days. I stopped checking and looking tbh. I have submitted inquiry and pre demand and nothing. The only positive is we know it can happen any day now. So please try and stay positive, busy, hobbies anything that makes your time go by. Reading the word of God and praying has helped me a lot! They’re coming, keep the faith strong. 6 Be strong and courageous. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I submitted renewal February 27th and it expired June 12th. Today marks 193 days since submission and I’m growing more anxious/frustrated with everyday that passes. I’m happy for all the DACA that’s been approved but when you see someone that got approved in like 2 weeks compared to a lot of us that have been waiting for months it’s like a slap in the face lol. I hope USCIS can get the renewals together soon

I contacted my congresswoman, filed an inquiry over the phone after 105 days, I sent a pre suit demand letter, called again multiple times and was told to just wait. My inquiry was responded to 20 days later saying that my application is still in review and they could not provide a timeframe for approval. Gave up really and stopped checking my account. 222 days later.. I was approved 9/2. Filed in January and expired in May. 🥺

Be patient, it shouldn’t be much longer. Have you checked for any API movement? Also, when did you submit your pre-demand letter?

It took me 8 months exactly 😭 242 days. 11/11/25 to getting my approval 7/11/26… they don’t care they just want us to unfairly wait. But maybe call tomorrow morning and ask for an RFE request so they can look at it. Praying for you and everyone else waiting 🙏🏻😔

I had to be patient. I tried contacting my senator, and no help. Requested my case be expedited 3x and all denied. Two processing inquiries and nada. Two tier 2 callbacks and nothing. After 6.5 months it got approved.

Contact your senator, your congressman, call USCIS & ask to do an inquiry, submit an expedite request. Not sure what else 😣💔
