While he is no doubt a 1 in 1 billion talent, even if he masters his hatsu entirely he is still prone to weaknesses such as speed (acknowledged by himself) and wide range enhanced attacks. What makes this power system nearly perfect is the fact that even tho he has all this talent, his potential is still limited and isn’t factored entirely when it comes to his classification of being a 1 in 1 billion talent. For example, in comparison to somebody like gon who likely has a 1 in a universe scale of sheer determination, Gon is able to unlock seemingly impossible abilities like his adult form while Tserriednich remains limited by the minute natural restrictions of nen along with his almost unparalleled arrogance. It’s for these reasons I believe Kurapika, a character with a will rivaling even gon and who is readily available to shorten his lifespan all the while being intelligent enough to dictate a vast portion of succession war so far has what it takes to defeat Tserriednich. Kurapika is navigating countless impossible tasks and for this I believe he is in the top 3 smartest characters currently on the boat (Ging due to his genius in understanding almost anything and Beyond due to his vast knowledge of the dark continent and cunning setup for this journey being the other 2. It can also be argued Pariston or Nasubi breach this list. So overall, in the world of hxh, determination, intelligence and in the moment instinct via experience can trump even the most talented in the world. It happened with Netero and Meruem, I believe it will happen again with Kurapika and Tserriednich
