@nanabreadperth: We come from healthcare backgrounds! (Cindy: oral health therapist 🦷 Julie: optometrist 👓). Here are some reflections on our career pivot from healthcare into entrepreneurship 🤍 Both paths come with their own challenges, rewards and trade-offs, and I’m genuinely grateful for my healthcare career. It gave me the foundations, skills and financial security to eventually take a risk, bet on myself and start something of my own. Without that safety net, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to go all-in on our business. Healthcare is a great and stable career, but I’ve realised that it’s not as aligned with the person I am becoming. Someone who craves ownership, autonomy and creativity. Which path do you feel most aligned with right now? The security of a career, or the freedom and uncertainty of building something of your own? 🫶🏼 #careerpivot #healthcare #entreprenuer #careertransition
