Nope buy new tire send the bill and proof of insurance to the city … I did it with Dearborn for 2 new tires kuz of outrageous pot holes

I drive a dump truck, just keep driving. it'll come off within a few days. You can also use PavePro or a Citrus based cleaner to help break that down a little bit.
