@haileystel: 🚨 UPDATE IN THE LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL 🚨 The jury is STILL deadlocked after more than 27 hours of deliberations. This is now the second time they’ve told Judge William Sullivan that they cannot reach a unanimous verdict. The jury, made up of 9 women and 3 men, has been deliberating for five days. After hearing that they’re still unable to agree, Judge Sullivan gave them what’s known as a “dynamite” instruction, essentially sending them back to continue deliberating and urging them to reconsider their positions in an effort to reach a verdict. At this point… WHAT is happening in that jury room?! 👀 #L#LindsayClancyL#LindsayClancyTrialT#TrueCrimelindsayclancyverdict #lindsayclancycase
Lindsey is guilty, the 9 female jurors are the ones holding up this case. All the evidence proves her guilt & she even admits to doing it. This western generation of women is delulu.

If he does it a third time, it will be coerced. I think he had to instruct them once or twice

If they come back again deadlocked it’s a mistrial. I was in my own trial but my understanding is that he gave a dynamite charge today to them. If they come back still not able to decide they are done.

This trial is literally one of the weirdest I’ve ever seen in real time and so is everyone involved.

Exactly! I feel like it can even start to effect them psychologically. Like the people that want to be released from interrogation and finally just say they are guilty.

There were many comments on a post i saw a few days ago from people who had served on juries in murder cases where they said to the judge multiple times we cannot come to a decision. The judges have to urge them to go back once or twice. Then, these commentary saying they eventually agreed to lesser charges (example manslaughter instead of murder 1) because they didn't believe the accused was guilty but theh didn't want to risk them going to another jury and that jury finding them guilty of murder 1.
WHAT.
All because they were truthful the first few times and felt pressured to present a ruling.

Pressuring them to go back and argue again for a 2nd time to the point of exhaustion thinking them 9 women going change their mind. Absolutely not

I agree. If a person says I won’t change he needs to let it go.

if a mistrial can Reddington open an investigation case for this case and did Lindsay say she did it and if she did was she under drugs or did Patrick tell her she did it and did she describe how she did it and we are not seeing everything

Coercion. It is. I feel like we should change how trails are to what majority thinks or to not keep sending them back cuz ur basically forcing them to choose when they said they couldn’t. They gon choose whatever just to leave now

That was my thought today. If the answer comes out different it’s not their truth. They are now being forced to choose

It does make sense. This is par for the course, this is what the judge is supposed to do.

@BoazboysMom: Massachusetts law is what dictates he has to send them back the 2nd time. 3 time ends in Mistrial. This is the Judge doing what the law requires of them all. However, I do agree with you.

There’s no sentence for disagreement. There is no innocence with a disagreement. They need a decision one way or the other if it happens again though the procedure is a mistrial and the prosecution can bring another trial against her for the charges if they choose too

The female jurors are trying to let that murderer slide. (F) rights should be revoked.
