Made absolutely no difference in Ocean County. Jose Bonilla Sanchez, an active Cartel del Noreste gang member - one of the most violent drug trafficking organizations in Mexico and US designated terrorist organization, was arrested for Agg Assault on two Lakewood Police officers but the OCPO downgraded the charges and he was released back into our community. Thank goodness ICE scooped him up.
