I understand you have a lot on your list so don’t get overwhelmed, but as you start to get more traction from these, please please address the mold problems from the mold is a silent killer and it spreads quickly. It’s best to have a professional take care of it.

Not a humidifier get a dehumidifier for your basement and also use damp rid. Your home is looking amazing.

Please do research before cleaning up the mold! Depending on the surface it’s on, the way to treat/clean changes. For example, using bleach on a porous surface cause black mold to grow back faster. It might be worth calling a mold company to have them test the mold to see what type you are dealing with. We spent $17K last year on mold removal. It was so much money and I’m thankful we were able to figure it out. I definitely learned a few things from the company doing the clean up!

We found mold behind our dishwasher and a realllly strong vinegar did the trick! Better than bleach!

please do research on mold remediation on that particular surface. it gets beneath the surface because it's porous and it basically breeds like crazy even if you kill the surface mold with bleach. the only way to get rid of it short of removing and replacing the surface might be to seal it in with kills paint or something.

I had some terrible mold behind my bathtub that we found after we moved in mold. armor is amazing. it's in a green bottle at your local home improvement store worth every penny

What are you treating the mold with? I work for a mitigation/restoration company and there’s a few anti-microbial products I can recommend!
