She was just trying to meet Narada and when it didn’t work out like that she took her attitude out on Henni. Simple as that. She knew the policy and agreed to the terms. She thought it was going to be him and lashed out when it wasn’t.

Sounds like she has insecurities about her hair but truly did not come for repair or hair care, just to see a certain stylist whose persona she liked from social media..

Courtney | Dallas Esthetician :
It’s something about a black woman calling another black woman aggressive. She’s anti-black and doesn’t like black women. But Narada does have a great personality in person and on social media🥰

She’s anti black, misogynistic, and came to be a fangirl not a natural hair client and that’s her problem, Henni was incredibly professional despite it all but this is so disheartening

THEE CHARLOTTE HAIRSTYLIST🌻 :
This is so annoying because damage/length-retention specialists are very transparent about how their systems work. That said, if you feel like you just wanna get your hair done and go home, there’s a plethora of hairstylists who offer that.
