High school teacher here. I had this same conversation a week or so ago. We have a “Flight Plan” (our mascot is a Hawk) option for our students where they can go to the local community college for their classes. They are never in the building unless they want a specific class/teacher for something. Pep rallies and other moments like that just aren’t the same anymore. It’s great for what they’re getting to do but at the same time, they are missing out on so much memory-wise.
