LOL. I’ve been in the corporate world for 25 years and have never gotten a job by them cold calling me. I have applied to every job I’ve ever had. 🤷🏼♀️

I applied at my current job and received a rejection email. Went through a recruiter and was hired. They had to pay $35,000 to the recruiter lol when they could’ve had me for 0 cost 🤷🏻♀️😂

Help me understand. Recruiters are only hiring people who are already employed and happy in that field. New applicants / candidates aren’t considered as equally. Help me understand how this is suppose to help anyone out? It kinda just says “hey so you’re either on or you’re not”. Someone help?
