Hermes Agent has kanban boards and I give each team a kanban board with 6 members including one agent for leadership, and then a group of leaders in a separate team of 6 with my agent CEO. I only discuss and talk to the CEO agent as the rest is delegated down by the CEO and leadership of each team, leaving me with a daily report and reviewing! 🗿

The human queue is the whole game. One thing I add: I have Claude write a why next to every blocked item, not just a what. 'Blocked: need your approval on pricing' is useless. 'Blocked: I'll send the proposal at $249 unless you say otherwise by 5pm' means I just say yes. I teach this exact setup to non-techies over on my page.

Built this myself. Claude updates with a cli command. Creates tasks, updates status etc. Every new Claude project auto registers to it. From the planner UI I can click on a task and hit start which launches a new Claude terminal with the task as the prompt.

this is where agents get interesting for me. workbeaver’s show-and-tell approach makes repetitive tasks easier since you demonstrate the workflow and it takes it from there.

the queue is where it lives or dies for us. we run agent lanes on a kanban and the column that matters is the one holding work a human hasn't looked at yet, because agents will happily keep filling it faster than anyone drains it.
