1/2 splash of cream is standard if you want a bit more I would ask for 3/4 or just say ex cream or ex foam :)

I'm the type but I could go to sleep after I drink coffee and I like my coffee strong but just FYI be careful with the shots of espresso. Added to your drink, because it literally had me. Have a nervous breakdown. It was a gross feeling, so be careful

Grounding (or earthing) at the beach involves direct skin contact with the Earth—typically walking barefoot on sand, sitting or lying on it, or wading in seawater. The idea is that the Earth’s surface carries a negative electrical charge, and connecting with it allows the body to absorb free electrons, which may neutralize positively charged free radicals and support various physiological processes. Beach environments are especially effective because moist sand and seawater are excellent conductors, enhancing electron transfer compared to dry surfaces. Potential Health Benefits Research on grounding is still emerging and often involves small studies, but reported benefits include: • Reduced inflammation and pain: Grounding may lower markers of inflammation, ease chronic pain, and support faster wound healing by neutralizing free radicals. • Improved sleep and cortisol regulation: It can help normalize the body’s day-night cortisol rhythm (stress hormone), leading to better sleep quality, reduced insomnia, and more stable energy levels. • Stress and mood benefits: Many people report feeling calmer, with reduced anxiety, a shift toward parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system activity, and an overall sense of well-being. Beach settings add relaxing elements like ocean sounds and negative ions. • Better circulation and cardiovascular support: Some evidence suggests grounding can reduce blood viscosity (thickness), improving blood flow. • Immune and recovery support: Potential effects on immune responses, reduced stress on the body, and faster recovery from physical exertion or injury. Additional physical perks from barefoot beach walking include stronger foot/leg muscles, better balance and proprioception, and higher calorie burn due to the unstable sand surface. How to Practice It • Walk, stand, or sit barefoot on wet or dry sand for 20–30 minutes (or longer) daily. Wading in the ocean can amplify effects. • Combine with deep breathing or light movement for added relaxation. • It’s generally safe and low-risk in clean beach areas. Note on evidence: While promising (e.g., studies showing effects on inflammation, sleep, and pain), grounding isn’t a medical cure-all, and results vary. Larger, independent studies are still needed. It complements other healthy habits like exercise, sunlight exposure, and a good diet. Consult a doctor for any specific health concerns. Spending time grounded at the beach is a simple, enjoyable way to reconnect with nature and potentially recharge your body. Many describe it as instantly refreshing!
