Looks like she has more visible structural landmarks then most women. Her having lower fat or muscle in the area compared others may contribute to the appearance. But these 3 bumps are a normal part of anatomy.

I told a girl that came for a facial to go to the doctor to check her thyroid because it was SOOOO swollen. 2 months later, she send someone and to thank me, it was in fact cancer
