I think it’s bc growing up we were seeing the older population having work done that made them look like these plastic aliens who noticeably got work done. Instead of starting work at 55-60, women are starting it in their late 20s early 30s. Our brains have difficulty seeing cosmetic surgery done on women of a younger age without immediately associating that look with someone older.
