@kbmamaa: It’s chili season! 👏🏼 Easy Homemade Chili Ingredients * 1 red onion, diced * 1 red bell pepper, diced * Butter or olive oil * 1 lb ground beef * Tomato paste * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Chili powder * Smoked paprika * Salt + pepper * 1 can black beans, rinsed + drained * 1 can white beans, rinsed + drained * 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed + drained * Beef broth or water * Sour cream + avocado for topping Directions 1. Heat a little butter or olive oil in a large pot. Add the onion and red pepper and sauté until softened. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. 3. Stir in tomato paste and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Add the rinsed and drained beans. 5. Pour in enough beef broth or water to get your desired chili consistency. 6. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes- stirring occasionally. 7.
