If you don’t appreciate vintage homes, please don’t buy this house. This house has so many original and beautifully preserved features, and you keep saying you wanna renovate it. Just please don’t buy it if you’re not going to appreciate what a gem this is.

I would get in the district you want now. You don’t wanna have to pull kids from there friends to go to all new schools. It can be really hard on kids. Wait for the right one as you have a little til he starts kindergarten

I think a 5-15 year home makes the most sense. We had the big house with stairs and as the kids grew up and eventually moved out, we realized our forever home didn’t include stairs…and my knees are grateful ☺️
