You don’t need a 100g carbs pre workout it’s not gonna do u any good and make ur workout any better.. 40-60 is plenty and use the rest of ur carbs post workout

60-120 grams of carbs can be too much if you dont want that many, 20g is all you NEED (albeit a bare minimum) 40-60 is good especially if you're in a deficit, but if you aren't limited or just want to eat majority of your carbs as pre-workout then there's nothing wrong with 60-120 grams or however many you want

I tried cream of rice for the first time yesterday. Was a little more bland than I expected, I sweetened it up with honey today and added a little salt. MUCHHHH better
