This is what they see, and guess what! Perception is reality! If your customer thinks you are making fun of them, or they think you’re celebrating because you made a good deal for yourself, it might cost you a deal, be professional.

I Agree , not in front of customers. I drove up a while back to a dealership, and this Sales person- did the Fish on the line Gesture-right in front of me as I was parking- Not appreciated or professional..

Nothing wrong with being excited or happy, but I agree don’t do it in in view of the customers. There’s a time and a place for everything, but on the same token for as much time and energy as we put into this, selling cars should be fun.

Everyone is on the same page. From the low end sales to the General Manager. They laugh all the way to the bank. Even the receptionist that took the call gets a piece of the pie..
