They are so biased. I recently started tuning in and feel the same. They never once even acknowledged that “not guilty” is on the jury instructions. Even their poll excludes it and only includes no guilty NCR only.

Rule 25 section B, the prosecution did not carry the burden of proof, the judge can acquit Lindsay if he so chooses 🙏 At least there's a glimmer of hope that something could happen besides a retrial!

I really feel like if Judge Sullie allowed for the Bowden instruction, it would’ve made a difference for the jury because assuming the jurors reeeeeally haven’t been exposed to anything going on during the trial, they still watched a trial full of police and prosecution fuckery regarding the investigation (or really lack thereof).

Firstly, the case being in Australia is exhausting, I’ve hardly slept in 6 weeks. 😴 secondly, court tv was like watching either CNN or Sky News during the US elections, except both reporters are on the one show 🤣🤣
