Both are annoying, both need therapy and both need to avoid relationships until they both reach a secure attachment style. Both are awful and exhausting. Idk why people glaze one over the other, both are harmful and capable of genuine harm. Demonizing the avoidants and babying the anxious just makes things worse for everyone honestly

This isn’t a Disney movie triggered me so bad. I had an ex that said “no man in this world will ever live up to what you want. Your man lives in the Disney universe” and it sounds funny but it was super traumatizing. I internalized that and stopped needing anything from him because I believed jt was normal to hate your spouse

I’m sorry but for me it’s the whole “I’m trying” like stop trying🤷♂️I don’t want you to try so hard when I’m clearly not-shot should just happen naturally-if I feel like saying it I’ll say it… not just cus you constantly need to hear it- idk man it’s just weird energy. And even the way the person goes like “I’m trying to be authentic “ what does that even mean?? Just be normal. The acting all cute and innocent look just gives fake every time.

And the only time they want to reciprocate how you're acting is if it's negative! once you shut down and now all of a sudden, they have to shut down but when you in a great mood and giving them all the love and attention, that's not when they want to reciprocate,? Exhausting.
