If you take the corner of it there is a spot for lymphatic drainage behind your ear youll find it easily it’s super tender. Keep working it out till its not tender and I promise you, youll be hawking loogies and not rockets for like 10 mins 😆❤️

nooo unless this is the very last step of ur shower before u get out, the shower would swell everything up again. i’ve been told by my cancer specialist to never do gua sha and shower after
