Pumpkin Chai Latte Loaf Makes 1 large Pullman loaf pan
 Dry ingredients * 275 g all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon baking soda * ½ teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon * 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

 Wet ingredients * 468 g pumpkin purée — your entire 16.5 oz can * 2 large eggs * 100 g packed brown sugar — ½ cup * 75 g granulated sugar — about ⅓ cup + 1 Tbsp * 100 g pure maple syrup — about ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp * 120 g full-fat Greek yogurt — ½ cup * 120 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled — about ½ cup + 1 Tbsp * 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Split the batter then add: * 3 tablespoons of cinnamon * 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice * 1 extra teaspoon vanilla bean paste * 1/2 cup loose chai tea leaves Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting - 8oz cream cheese - 2 cups powdered sugar - 2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste * Pinch salt * Sprinkle of cinnamon ontop
Instructions 1. Prepare Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment, leaving some overhang. 2. Combine the dry ingredients Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. 3. Melt the butter Melt the 120 g butter and let it cool until warm, not hot. 4. Mix the wet ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and maple syrup. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Add the pumpkin purée, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. 5. Combine Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Fold gently just until the flour disappears. Do not overmix. 6. Bake Transfer the batter to the prepared 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 65–75 minutes. Start checking around 60–65 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs, but no wet batter. If the top becomes deeply browned before the center is finished, loosely tent it with foil. 7. Cool Let the loaf cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then lift it out onto a cooling rack. 8. Frost (highly recommend frosting because the loaf itself is not very sweet!) Combine ingredients in your stand mixer. Sprinkle with cinnamon. #CapCut
