I Think it's truly good in what you're doing 💯 It's called Originazation,and Collective bargaining ,Ironically that's what the Union is about , and have been doing such for over 100 years , please take advantage of working with the Union as in The UA that quite obviously have the money and political power to help you ,because simply put everyone deserves a fair wage and a pension , God love you Brother 💯👍

But forget that your glove company is getting all the exposure out there lol so if this movement works or not it’s a win win for you.
