It’s pardon the pun, it’s overkill but was it staged to accelerate her demise. How did she drugged up to the eye balls crush her throat to the extent she did? Then have a conversation with P disclosing what she’d done allegedly . Crushed throat by slamming a window on her throat. She had a c1 fracture, how would she do this. How did she k@ll three kids in 40 minutes. Slash her throat and then flung herself out the window. There’s too many unanswered questions.

If she strangled the kids, I would assume she would hang herself and go the same way as the kid. Plus cutting wrist horizontally isn’t going to kill you and a nurse would know that
