Mac Miller once left a message in the empty pool at The Rave in Milwaukee that read: "I am Mac Miller. I once lived now I am dead, my soul remains here. Enjoy..... P.S. I sold this place out 3 times." The Rave was one of his favorite venues. In a 2013 concert, he even told the crowd it was his top spot to perform. Over the years, he sold the place out multiple times. According to The Rave's Twitter account, Mac loved the venue so much especially the empty pool in its basement that he was one of the few artists invited to sign an autograph there. In 2016, he even visited the pool with Ariana Grande and did a photoshoot inside. Sadly, the words he wrote ended up becoming true. What started as just a message left behind is now seen as a lasting reminder of his connection to the venue and the love he had for it.
