You can also wash and dry sweet potato microwave for 5-8 minutes depending on size then air fry for 10-15 minutes and don’t have to bake it for 1 hour 🤸♀️

I remember used to be this restaurant in atlanta called Delia’s I would get the sweet potato pancakes on Sunday mornings with the vegan sausage omg i miss that place hate it closed down during covid 😩🥹
